Holíč brewery Wywar
The name Wywar symbolizes the historical name of Holíč. First came the lager Jozef II. of 10% gravity that will surprise you with a distinctive and full taste for a beer of such low gravity, while being a subtle and refreshing companion for the whole evening. The next beer was named Martin after the owners' oldest son. It is a lager of 12% gravity, which is currently very popular in the brewery cellar. A degree above is the semi-dark special Ján of 13% gravity, which bears the name of the owner of the brewery.
His wife is next in the order of family members, giving the name to the amber ALE special Anna of 14% gravity. This beer has a very specific, boldly bitter taste. You will certainly recognize it among all other beers. You can look forward to the light special ALE Peter of 16% gravity, the high degree light special Martin II. of 20% gravity, Christmas porter Lucka of 18% gravity and other beer specialties.
